He has extensive training in areas such as governance and public and business management, leadership and political communication from educational institutions including UNIBE, George Washington University, INCAE Business School and Barna Managment School. In addition, he is a member of the Alumni Global Shapers Community of the World Economic Forum.
For six years he was the Executive Vice President of the National Council of Private Enterprise (CONEP), member of the National Social Security Council (CNSS), the Board of Directors of the Patrimonial Fund of the Reformed Companies (Fonper), Executive Committee of the Economic Council and Social (CES), Board of the Export and Investment Center of the Dominican Republic (CEI-RD), the National Employment Commission of the Ministry of Labor, Coordinator of the Transport Committee of CONEP, Secretary of the Quinaqueya Binational Economic Council, among other important organs.
He was advisor to the National Assembly during the Constitutional Amendment of 2010, advisor to the Senate of the Republic from 2009 to 2011, adviser in Constitutional and Legal Matters of the Presidency of the Chamber of Deputies and of the Office of Analysis, Follow-up and Evaluation of the Budget for the period 2010-2012. He was the First Secretary of the National School of Electoral Training and Civil Status (EFEC) of the Central Electoral Board and lawyer for Public Affairs of the Directorate of Public Policies of the Supreme Court of Justice in 2006-2007. Since 2007 he is a member of the Faculty of Law Faculty of the Pedro Henríquez Ureña National University (UNPHU).
He is currently the Executive Director of the National Competitiveness Council from where he develops the strategic agenda to strengthen the competitiveness of the Dominican Republic.
