Nicolas entered the publicity field when he was very young. Many years later, in 2001 he was one of the founders of the publicity agency BBDO Argentina. In 2007 he started working as the Integrated Communications Director for the agency and along with his team they were able to place themselves among the Top 100 innovators for the British editorial Cream and also named one of the Top 7 agencies in the world according to WonReport 2009. On June 2010 along with Pedro Saleh, Nicolas founded Castro the first innovation house in the region. Castro has been recognized as one of the top 3 agencies in the world according to Advertising Age the Small Agency Awards 2014. In 2012 Nicolas was framed as one of the eight “most creative of the world that you must meet”. He has been invited to speak at the Cannes Festival in 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015.Along with Mondalez Latin America they created an innovation incubator by the name of Fly Garage and currently works in projects of international outreach for brands such as Danone, Puma, Pepsi, Disney, and Google among others.
