Nicola holds a BA in Hospitality Management and Entrepreneurship from Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne, and an MA in International Negotiations and Policy Making from the Graduate Institute Geneva.
Gastromotiva is a Brazilian Social Enterprise, dedicated to promoting the central role of food and its ability to respond to modern challenges at the crossroads between a great number of complex, global and local issues: health, social inequalities, food security, climate change, biodiversity, water, waste, country relations, and economics.
Nicola runs Gastromotiva´s organizational expansion, representing the organization on an international level and developing strategic partnerships and alliances in order to scale impact, drive sustainable food policies and start a Social Gastronomic Movement.
Currently present in Brazil, Mexico, and South Africa.
