Isabella Springmühl Tejada is the first Guatemalan designer with down syndrome. To the two years he began his studies in a regular school and graduated with a Bachelor of Science and Letters with curricular adaptations. Her first event was "Guatextraordinaria" at the Ixchel Museum in Guatemala City where she participated with bags designed by her with Guatemalan textiles and colorful accessories. Thanks to the success derived from that event, Isabella creates her own brand "Down to Xjabelle". In October 2016 she received the invitation to participate in the "London Fashion Week" as an emerging designer representing Guatemala. His designs have been presented in London, Rome, Monterrey, Puebla, Guadalajara, Mexico City and Panama. She is currently the ambassador for Pepsi's "Guatemorfosis 2017" and is the image of "Mujer Achievement" for the brands of cosmetics, perfumery and jewelery Esika and L'Ebel. She recently presented her latest collection "Resplandores" at "FASHION DAYS - DRESS TO GIVE" in Allende, Mexico, invited as an international designer.
