He is the Subsecretary of Creative Economy for the Government of the City of Buenos Aires. Enrique is also responsible for the Metropolitan Center for Design. The Subsecretariat of Creative Economy develops programs that support entrepreneurs, creative industries, science and technology in the City of Buenos Aires. He has a Bachelors in International Studies, Maters in Administration and Public Policy and is currently coursing a Masters in Content Development. He regularly participates in conferences and international events. He has also been a judge in prestigious international awards of design.
