With more than fourteen years of experience in Cultural Management, specialized in performing arts, Alejandra is the Executive Director of the Latin American Theater Association: Opera Latinamerica, OLA and Cofounder de Escena Marketplace, the first digital marketing platform for operas and ballets already premiered. The theaters of the Association include, among others, the Colon Theater of Buenos Aires, the Teatro Argentino de La Plata, the Fine Arts Theater in Mexico, the Municipal Theater of Rio de Janeiro in Brazil, Theater Julio Mario Santo Domingo and Teatro Real of Madrid. She worked for 11 years at the Municipal Theater of Santiago as Director of Institutional Development until March 2017, where she implemented Small Municipal projects, Educational Service, DAE Center, Guided Tours, digital project, among others. As well as in the Gran Teatro del Liceo in Barcelona in 2004 and 2005, where she participated in projects such as the Petit Liceu, Educational Service programs, and the transmission project of Opera Oberta. She has visited and done internships in important theaters in USA and Latin America, participating in artistic, educational, marketing and digital communication projects. In 2009 she was invited by the International Leadership program of the US Department of State to observe 15 theaters in the cities of New York, Washington and Houston. During the following years, through scholarships from the Ministry of Culture of Chile and other invitations, she has attended special visits to the Royal Opera House, Dutch National Opera and Dance in Amsterdam, Teatro Real de Madrid, Berlin Staatsoper, Paris Opera, City of The Music of Paris, Los Angeles Opera House, Teatro Argentino de La Plata and Solís Theater of Montevideo, Teatro Colón of Buenos Aires, Teatro Mayor of Bogotá, Palace of Fine Arts of Mexico, among others. In 2017, she was awarded the TS Factory of Start-Up Chile fund for the creation of Escena Marketplace and in 2018 she was awarded the Seed prize by the same institution to continue with its development.
