Nicolás Ferrario is a creative director, scriptwriter and editor. He has more than 15 years of experience in communication for public and private organizations in different countries of America, Europe and Asia. In 2016 he created his own multidisciplinary work team, combining analysis based on evidence, behavioral perceptions, educational entertainment methodologies and technology applications to diagnose, design, test, evaluate and scale effective solutions for social impact. Talk to You® applies chatbot technology as a content format for storytelling. It engages users into 1:1 chat conversations within a digital platform to build consciousness on social relevant development topics, creating a direct channel for behavioral change.
