César holds a master’s degree in Hospitals and Healthcare Sector Management (Cum Laude) and a degree in Biomedical Engineering (Summa Cum Laude) by the University of Monterrey. He worked for 5 years at the University where he led various projects, including the Biosafety Level 3 Laboratory, the Clean Room ISO IV, and the dental clinic construction. He was Director of the Biomedical Engineering Program, until he decided to focus on improving healthcare using scalable technologies. With his brother Javier, he founded Blooders, an app and responsive web that makes the blood process donation easier. Blooders is working in 4 cities in Mexico and planning to expand to the whole country in the next 6-8 months, partnering with enterprises, universities, NGOs and the healthcare sector to raise awareness and increase blood donations.
