Cecilia Vega is the Founder of Aiween, a platform that links talent with companies through open innovation. She is also co-founder of AUREA, an organization that empowers women, their inclusion and diversity. Cecilia has more than 25 years of experience in finance and technology in companies such as AMEX, Bancomer, Metlife, Motorola and Telefónica. She recently served as CEO of Virgin Mexico. With a degree in Communications from Universidad Iberoamericana, Cecilia carried out Senior Management studies in McGill, Canada; Bangalore, India and Oxford, England. She has been recognized as Woman of the Year in Marketing and as Marketing Monster by Expansión Magazine. Aiween is the platform that links multiple Talents with Companies through open innovation, that is, the creators who join our community generate new ideas, contents and solutions to specific challenges of the companies, receiving in return economic or labor rewards. We use artificial intelligence to facilitate and optimize these interactions by opening up equal opportunities.
