THE FELLOWS
Ariana Green is the 23 year old co-founder of Couple Six Inc., Barbados' first video-game studio. A self-taught programmer, she is Project Lead for the fledgling development studio. In 2016 she helped kickstart the first Caribbean chapter of the International Game Developer Association, aimed at fostering young talent and growing the industry locally. In February of 2017 she attended the Game Developer's Conference through a scholarship awarded by the I Need Diverse Games organization. She remains committed to challenging herself, engaging in passion projects that range from writing interactive fiction to designing software. Couple Six Inc. is a videogame developer based in Barbados that produces content that is rooted in Caribbean history and folklore. It is built out of a desire to see truly representative gameplay - characters that are unapologetically black, or queer, or from an island that barely fits onto a map.
