He holds a degree in Advertising from the Ibero-American University of Santo Domingo (Unibe). He studied cinematography at the New York Film Academy. Thanks to the program "Ratner Scholarship" (by the famous film director Brett Ratner) he received a full scholarship, and upon completion, Pedro returns to Santo Domingo. His first project as Director was the videoclip "Vakero - Que mujer tan chula", which the following year was nominated as "Video of the Year" at the Casandra Awards 2011, repeating another nomination in 2013 at the "Soberano Awards". With extensive experience in the world of video clips (especially for urban artists), commercials and infomercials, in 2012 Pedro embarks on a new adventure of what would be his debut feature, "Código Paz". This film broke attendance record with a duration of 19 consecutive weeks in all theaters in the country. Code swept 9 categories in "The La Silla Awards." In 2015, the film wins the most prestigious prize in the country "The Sovereign Awards" taking 3 statuettes of 4 Nominations, among them; Best Actress, Best Director and Best Film. Paz Code was selected among the 15 best Ibero-American films in the "Goya" awards in Spain and won a nomination in the "Forqué" awards. The opera prima culminates its success with a successful international distribution through the platforms of HBO, Cinelatino, Amazon, Somos TV, Caribbean TV, Pasiones, among others.
Currently, with his production company Ave Studio, he provides audiovisual services such as video clips, commercials and infomercials and since 2016, under the production company One Alliance, Pedro is working on his second film.
