Jose Manuel Moller is a commercial engineer from the Catholic University of Chile. He has been developing and collecting information about a problem that is attacking Algramo. He was a member of the advising committee of the Public Policy center of the Catholic University. He worked at Un Techo for Chile. Among other things, José Manuel is a fellow of Ashoka which is the biggest network of leading social entrepreneurs https://www.ashoka.org. On June of 2014 he was selected as a TED Fellow.
